Many of the areas that were covered with water after the recent LA earthquake and following tsunami are starting to be reclaimed this week as crews work around the clock to help drain areas that are considered highly important for the rebuilding of infrastructure. LAX is one of the first projects, as only three fourths of the large airport are still usable.
